Brittany Hart, MA, LPCCI believe that every person has the ability to grow and change no matter how far gone they feel. I also understand that life can be extremely difficult and that change is not easy. I am passionate about working with children and individuals who are experiencing a wide range of struggles and are looking for counseling. I believe that for counseling to be the most successful, it is important for the client to feel safe within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to help the client feel heard and safe in the counseling room.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Northern Colorado with a minor in Psychology. I was a teacher for three years before I decided to get my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. My passion is to help people in their journey through life. I have worked with individuals who have struggled with addiction, abuse, suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, along with people who were experiencing a life changing event. I am a Colorado native who loves to hike and ski. My husband and I love to travel whenever we can. We also have a English Bulldog who loves to cuddle. I also have a niece and two nephews who I love to spend time with. |
Sabrina Merz, MA, LPCCI enjoy developing authentic, collaborative and empathetic relationships with my clients, and believe that everyone can enact positive change in their lives. My therapeutic style is strengths based and influenced by relational, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based approaches to healing and growth. I enjoy working with both adults and children to deal with change, understand and reduce fears and anxieties, increase self-love, develop self-care practices, and explore thoughts and feelings.
I have more than two decades of experience working with children and adults in educational and equine settings. My bachelor’s degree is in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from Adams State University. I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from a CACREP program at Capella University. I am an LPCC and a member of the American Counseling Association. I have extensive experience with children and teenagers, and use my background as an educator and mother of four kids to inform my practice. |
Rosa Perlman, LCSWThank you for taking the courageous step in starting your path towards healing and growth. I chose to be a social worker because I am passionate about creating a better world. I believe that when someone is ready for change, this can create a positive ripple in a family and the broader community.
I’ve worked with adolescents involved in the criminal justice system, children with traumatic pasts and behavioral issues, parents struggling to support their families, and adults facing mental health challenges. My approach incorporates attachment-based perspectives, cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic approaches, mindfulness, and play to help you gain insight on how your experiences have shaped your current challenges. It excites me to work with families, couples, and groups because there is so much potential for growth within relationships. By working to identify needs, improve communication, and strengthen connections, the transformation process begins. While working with individuals, my approach is to identify and build on strengths and support you in learning to accept whatever emotions are present. My intention is that you will gain a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards authenticity and resilience. Outside of work, I enjoy nature, movement, and meaningful connections with family and friends. |
Victoria Graham, BA, InternAfter raising a family and spending nearly 20 years in the corporate world managing global software development teams in the US, Singapore, UK, South America, and Canada, I decided to pursue a long-time passion of mine by becoming a couple and family therapist. I have been looking forward to putting my life experience and multicultural relational skills to use in a therapeutic setting. I like to use a collaborative and strength-based approach to empower clients to find and use their strengths that will lead to positive personal growth and development
